How do i spesify tables when i extract to sqls?

got one question:

I know how to make sql's but how do i spesify what tables i want to export?

Ok dude this is how i just did it You must dump the whole lets say ( items ) into a folder lets say ( Weapons)

Then open with notepad then delete everything which is not the items you want then done.

if there is a easyer way please say!

If you are using Navicat, you can right click on a table to export it seperately, instead of the database name, where you would export everything.
