Allowing different model faces?

So i want to enable the mutant draenai face for that race. Is there a guide how to do this? or can give me instructions to do this?

No, its unable to do.
You can only edit the Factions of a known Faction as:

Orc -> Fel Orc etc.

so different factions have different faces? Is that what i am getting at?

I can't just replace models or something?

Is it even possible to allow my players to play with the mutant draenai face at all?

You cannot replace the faces, only the Models.
There is a Guide of how to Change the Model somewhere on the MMOwned.

to make that model playable as a race, would i have to basically, overwrite the entire race, or would i be able to add the model to a race and still have the old model options?

You need the Race "Display" ID.
