    sigils dont work in arcemu?

    ok, when i try equiping a sigil on my server, it says you "dont have the required proficiency for that item"

    i looked up skills for sigil, but i found none.

    i looked up spells, and found one called sigil
    apparently, ive already learnd it. i tried unlearning an learning again, but it didnt work. does anyone know how to fix this please?
