You will need to edit the ingame DBCs for that to happen.

You will need to edit the serverside DBC for it to take effect; then edit the clientside DBC to make it viewable for players. Your players would need to download the new edited DBC - in the format of an MPQ, which would be compiled by you - and then use a Model Edit fix to run their world of warcraft. I suggest looking in the model editing forum for more help.
