i use this Run a Mangos 2.4.3 with the noobpack by 711
Now i need to make it max lvl 255 and i need level road ! pls i need level road i dont know how to make custom mob pls help !

I think you have to do it in-game.
There are in-game codes that GM/Admin gets that can Edit and Spawn Things.
You just need to choice where you want the road to take place and start spawning mobs there.
You can edit mobs, their level and everything.
