new class/race combo

I know its possible to MAKE a new mix, say for example a night elf shaman. You go into the database, add the base stats, the base skills/spells etc.
Once you add all the info, you can login, create a night elf anything or an anything you can make a shaman out of and then change the race or class.
so say i made the info in my database for it, i can make a night elf shaman by creating a night elf druid, and switching the number in my DB to make it a shaman. all the text changes, class changes etc.

Now heres my question/problem.
after i DO this, i cannot chat. i can use / commands, but i cant use . commands or talk. it says "you dont know that language". i checked what spells the character knows, and it knows at least 6 languages, including orcish, common, gutterspeak, troll and others. however, when i go in-game to choose a language, i see no options. when i mouse over the 'language' word and it brings up the side window that would let you choose what language to speak in, the box is empty.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it? i have tried both arcemu and mangos servers - both have the same effect.

i have also tried using a second account to reset all skills/spells to no avail.

any help would be awesome ^^

hmm.. thats another possiblity. i kinda just figured hey if i can teach a troll common, why not a night elf darnassian.. but you could be right.

any idea where i could go to find out if thats the problem?
