    how to create 2.4.3 arcemu season 4 vendors

    So I've been looking around and I've still been stuck on adding season 4 vendors. I've added mall vendors with ease using the same approach, but when I download the cv_rev108.zip and follow those guidelines and instructions, it doesnt seem to work. Also, I've tried Agent11's season 4 vendors. Those just tell me there are duplicate entry id's which I have no idea on how to fix.

    If anybody has any suggestions or ideas, please let me know ASAP. =]
