Ppl Cant connect o.o

I ran into another problem, I know i have everything good to make my server public, The Ports are open i have a dyndns i went into the host files and my config files but yesterday night i left my server on the whole night as my friend had to do some work, i came back in the morning and i asked my other friend to connect and he couldnt connect to the server OR THE Db, i know Mysql for the db is running because i checked it in the processes tab of Ctrl Alt Del.

Anyone know whats wrong?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated

If it was all working fine and now it's not working, try restarting your comp then see if it works, if that doesn't work, your ip might of changed, reset your dyndns (theres a program somewhere that changes it for you when your ip changes).
