[Request] My Todo List

Hi ya, I searched and tried to follow guides here but it dosent seem to work out for me. I am either looking at a outdated guide or the person was missing a chunk of his brain. Things would like to learn how to do on my 711 NoobPack Server (711 the man in my book. Clear and crisp and updated):

A) Create a custom item (weapon,gear)
B) Create a custom NPC Vendor
C) Create a custom Quest

I will be swearching after I post this but if any one can provide me a link or a guide on one or more of what I am asking I would love it. I am sure the answer is around here and I am trying hard to dig for it.
