    Ports

Well i got the account creation page setup and it makes an account and ppl cant connect to it, you may have seen this post before but people say you need to have ports forwarded to get ppl to connect to your wampserver, some people say its 9 ports. I have port 80 forwarded, what other ports?

If it's only for your wampserver you need port 80 and 3306 forwarded. But as you now are hosting a private server also, it requires a few more ports. I don't got them in my head, but I would recomend to look in the guide section for some facts only.

Seriously! Whats with the fowarding 3306?! You're not connecting out using 3306, only for remote MySQL connection.
    MySQL: 3306
    Wamp/Apache: 80
    SSL/Secure HTTP: 443
    Realmlist: 3724
    Realm Server: 8129
    Logon server: 8093

So you are saying that when people make an account it shows up in your db but they cant connect to it? It could be due to the fact that your db refreshes your character db slow. You can speed up the refresh rate so when a new account is made it can be accessed quickly.

    Go to your logonserver.conf

    look for
    "# Account Refresh Time
    #
    # This controls on which time interval accounts gets
    # refreshed. (In seconds)
    # Default = 600
    #

    <Rates AccountRefresh = "600">"

change that 600 to a lower number. I use 60, so that every minute my list is updated. Also you can manually just type in reload / restart in your logon server to refresh. See if that helps.

+2 rep for actually understanding that you don't need to forward the mysql port, the blizz updater ports, etc. If only people who copy-paste guides knew this..
