NCDB Issues

Hi guys, I am having some trouble with NCDB. its a type of database if you dont know. I am trying to make my 3.0.2 Which is almost done but, I am having trouble executing a database. When i click execute on Navicat Lite, It just sits there at 5 queries. When i try to execute it on SQLyog interprise, It gets a error. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using NCDBrev23_Arcemu.

I belieave there is a tool that does it for you, im not sure with NCDB but i know WhyDB had a tool to execute them all in a program, so see if there is in NCDB.
