Column Error When Adding Vendors?

I'm using HeidiSQL running an ArcEmu server and i've tried every single vendor pack and i always get the this same error.
I've already read some responses like my database could be outdated but i don't know how to confirm that/change it.

Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

what core are you using, with what database revision?

Yep, and 489 Is way old!
if you're using a repack, I recommend switching.

If you compiled yourself, update. (both your core and your database)

ArcEmu is currently at rev: 1509

Could you please help me out and explain how to update to that rev without losing all the custom stuff we've added to the current one? I didn't set up the server, and the owner had somebody else set it up over teamviewer. I just have basic sql knowledge.

All we're really worried about is keeping the accounts that we're registered, and the custom items/vendors and whatnot... how could this be done? Is updating possible?

If so, how can we update without losing accounts, vendors, etc.?

Export them and then use the DB in there and then import them, you may have to edit colum counts

OK, can you please dump your world SQL please? i would like to veiw it, Oh wait your not using navicat, it shouldnt matter about the colum counts though.... Export your world, then Use my BLizzlikeworld.sql and then Import your world but make sure you check contuniue on errors so it puts all your custom gear in there
