ofcourse there is no vc++ folder, cause its the same thing
the abbreviation is vc++ because its called Visual studio c++ 2008 Express edition.

or in other words Visual C++ -> Vc++ which is the same thing as u saying VC.
as long as u have it in the visual studio folder its good, and ofcourse make sure u point to the right directories in visual studio itself.
