In need of DB Master help

Here's the deal...

I am trying to set up AVS...I have it running, on a timer all that good stuff...I want to add items to my AVS tables for rewards...

After entering about 20 items by hand, I figured there must be a better way, but I have no idea what...

Is there a way to extract information (entry, name1, name2) from my item table and then reinsert all that information into my AVS table (itemid, name, description)?

If this is possible, would I be forced to extract every item in my item table or could I set it to only extract item info for certain items?

Bottom line is I am trying to get all my T5, T6 and all of the endgame type gear into my AVS rewards db without having to spend weeks of entering everything by hand

I only have 2 rep power but will be more than happy to spend it and some future rep and some solid much needed help here...
