How do I color the menu options of a C++ warp NPC?

Hey guys Im still learning C++ and Im getting a warp NPC up for my server (Scripted in C++ ofcourse :P) I was wonder how I can make the menu options different colors, like green, red, etc. I have seen it on a few server but I dont know how to do it :P

Use the regular blizz color syntax
|cffXXXXXX and |r
Replace XXXXXX with the hex color value
