I'm currently using pico'srepack and i want to know how to change the exp
and to know why i don't get exp above lv 20 and why my pet doesn't get exp

No, i do not think you can trasfer ascent to mangos, two very COMPLETLY different emulatiors, as for you shadow, Go into your world conf and find the EXP rate, and see what the level is set to in your optional config :P
