[Question] NPC's & Pernament emotes

Ive been looking on the following sites for an answer:

-Google
-Yahoo
-D3Scene
-Mmowned

Without succes.

My question is pretty simple:
How can i add a emote state to an NPC that won't reset after a server restart?
