WoW Private Server Question Please Help!!

Hey guys ive been playing on a couple of private servers lately and ive noticed some things that i dont know how they do.. Ive seen them use a VIP service where right after you donate through paypal, u use a magic stone, and do recieve and u click on the thing and it puts everything (armor and weapons you donated for) in your bags. Also the VIP's get better drop chances and stuff...

Two questions...how do they do this? and is it ascent or mangos?

You can do it with both, with alot scripts i belieave, im not sure how, but i know there is scripts, im sure scripts with both web and server
