[Request] Anti pvp Guard C++

Hello what im looking for is a guard that killes players in <Yards> When he sees Pvp he killes the starting target, i searched everywhere noth finding anything.

Why would i need a c++?
Well when the guards in my server like stormwind guards ore shattrath guards if they see pvp they just stand there and do noth a thing Just looking, so please help rep for the one that has the SCript or somthing else!,
