How can i make npc say a text?

Like.


For teleporter npc to say : Hey there $N. Where you want to go?

Go to your Navicat, SQLYog or whatever you use databases, and find the table called NPC_Text.
Now make a new one. Put the entry inside(Lets say the entry of your teleporter is 999999)
Entry: 999999
prob0: Just 1 i think
text0_0: Hey there $n. Where you want to go?
rest just 0 or NULL
