[General Question] Emulator and DB

Okay, i have taken a break from emu for a while and am blind as a bat now XD

I only have a few things i need to know about current emulators and shit as of 3/6

1. Current live Wow version
2. Current working emulator for that version (Hearthstone is my fav!)
3. Any tehepic repacks
4. Best Blizzlike DB for above version. that also works w/ above emulator.
5. What does Hearthstone Stable rev 977 support?

2). MaNGOS, Hearthstone, ArcEmu
3). Don't use repacks so wouldn't know.
4). NCDB; Revision 48 was just released.
5). Not sure because I'm not on my laptop, but the latest versions are more stable from what I can see.

If you wish to use a repack your best choice would be one of Keazain's repacks. I do not use repacks either but from what I've seen they're great.
