Ascent Items Database Explanation

As the title states, I was wondering if there's a guide available that explains the 'items' table in an ascent database. I need to know what each column does, well, not all, because almost all of them are self-explanatory, but here are a few that I am not sure what they do... So, if anyone can help me understand these columns or point me to a guide, I'll +rep that person or persons.

EDIT - Okay, I have a good idea about the item spells now, however I have a new question. Say I manually added a spell to an item in the database, just to column 'spellid_1' and nothing in any other column.. Will the other columns get filled in when I enter the server? (ie. I add spell ID XXXX to spellid_1, and the spell is on use, with a 30 second cooldown. Will spelltrigger_1 and spellcooldown_1 change automatically?) I guess I could test that out myself, but it is 3 AM here and I need to get some sleep, so I will hope someone can answer that or I will test it out later.

not sure on fields and flags but the others i think are the green parts of the writiong you have on there so like you have a weapon that give you 15+ stamina then they would be the added spell effect if you understand that
