Need pointer => Making a buff item?

How do i make a buff item in lua? (I want the item to cast like 10 spells at once to buff the target) I just need some pointers; i'm on rev 1084 arcemu. (not lua++ or anything speccy) just give me a template or something you dont have to give me all of it.
