    #
    # These directives set up the multiplier in which regen values will be
    # multiplied by every 2 seconds.
    # Powers:
    # Power1 = Mana, Power2 = Rage, Power3 = Energy
    #
    # Reputation:
    # Kill = Rep gained on kill, Quest = rep gained from quests
    #
    # Honor:
    # Honor = multiplier used to calculate honor per-kill.
    #
    # PvP:
    # PvPTimer = in ms, the timeout for pvp after turning it off. default: 5mins (300000)
    #
    # XP:
    # The xp that a player receives from killing a creature will be multiplied
    # by this value in order to get his xp gain.
    #
    # RestXP:
    # Amount of hours needed to get one Bubble rested XP ( one bubble is 5% of the complete XP bar)
    # Default is 8 hrs rest for one bubble. Raising this rate causes RestedXP to be earned faster,
    # F.e, setting a rate of 2 makes you require only 4 hrs reesting for 1 bubble (instead of 8).
    # Note that resting in a resting area (Zzz) goes 4 times faster.
    # Default: 1 (bubble every 8 hrs)
    #
    #    Drop(Color):
    # These values will be multiplied by the drop percentages of the items for creatures
    # to determine which items to drop. All default to 1.
    # To allow you better control of drops, separate multipliers have been created for items
    # of each quality group.
    #
    # DropMoney:
    # This value will be multiplied by any gold looted and pickpocketed
    #
    # Save:
    # Value in milliseconds (ms) that will be between player autosaves.
    # Default: 300000 (5 minutes)
    #
    # SkillChance:
    # The chance that you have to level up a skill in melee or a profession is multiplied
    # by this value.
    # Default: 1
    #
    # SkillRate:
    # The amount of "levels" your skill goes up each time you gain a level is multiplied
    # by this value.
    #
    # ArenaMultiplier
    # Every week/day the arena points gained by a player will be multiplied by this value.

When installing wamp your MySQL password changes, actually then U don't have a pass anymore. Try reinstalling MySQL.

Ya obviously its either your MySQL name or password :\ All I can say is try reinstalling MySQL with a name and password you remember, then edit the config file. lets say u take name root and password testpass then u fill it in like this:

="root"; // USER for Login database
="testpass"; // PASS for Login database

    #
    # On Linux you can copy this file to /etc/my.cnf to set global options,
    # mysql-data-dir/my.cnf to set server-specific options
    # (@localstatedir@ for this installation) or to
    # ~/.my.cnf to set user-specific options.
    #
    # On Windows you should keep this file in the installation directory
    # of your server (e.g. C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 4.1). To
    # make sure the server reads the config file use the startup option
    # "--defaults-file".
    #
    # To run run the server from the command line, execute this in a
    # command line shell, e.g.
    # mysqld --defaults-file="C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 4.1my.ini"
    #
    # To install the server as a Windows service manually, execute this in a
    # command line shell, e.g.
    # mysqld --install MySQL41 --defaults-file="C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 4.1my.ini"
    #
    # And then execute this in a command line shell to start the server, e.g.
    # net start MySQL41

I've overlooked some of this and I believe you're problem resides in the information you've written in the Server info.

You currently have put this information:

    Code:
    ="en"; // Language ("en" - english, "ru" - russian)
="localhost"; // HOST for Antrix database
="root"; // USER for Antrix database
="ascent"; // PASS for Antrix database
="logon"; // NAME of Antrix database
="5.42.52.198"; // HOST for Login database
="root"; // USER for Login database
="ascent"; // PASS for Login database
="logon"; // NAME of Login database
     = 'CP1251'; // Set encoding
     = "img/"; // Image dir
     = "5.42.52.198"; // Hamachi ip or DNS
     = "8129"; // Antrix Server Port
="Quest For WoW"; // Insert the title of your server here
    =1; // Lock created account to IP address (1 - on, 0 - off)
=2; // Registration only one (or more) account from one IP address
    				// 0 - not limit, 1 - one acc,  2 - two acc, etc...

If you look closely, you have written the name of your Antrix Database as "logon" which is the same you have for the name of your actual Logon Database. This is incorrect. Go into you're server config files and open your World.config file.

According to your world.config file near the top of the file you have this written:

    Code:
    <WorldDatabase Hostname = "localhost" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "ascent" Port = "3306" Type = "1">
    <CharacterDatabase Hostname = "localhost" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "logon" Port = "3306" Type = "1">
Now look at the top line with <WorldDatabase Hostname in it:

    Code:
    <WorldDatabase Hostname = "localhost" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "ascent" Port = "3306" Type = "1">
The part that says "Name = "ascent" you have ascent written here. Thus, you should change where you have "Logon" written beside the Antrix Database Name in your Wamp Server information to "ascent".

Or you may copy and past the below code and replace what you have written in your Wamp Server Information:

    Code:
    ="en"; // Language ("en" - english, "ru" - russian)
="localhost"; // HOST for Antrix database
="root"; // USER for Antrix database
="ascent"; // PASS for Antrix database
="ascent"; // NAME of Antrix database
="5.42.52.198"; // HOST for Login database
="root"; // USER for Login database
="ascent"; // PASS for Login database
="logon"; // NAME of Login database
     = 'CP1251'; // Set encoding
     = "img/"; // Image dir
     = "5.42.52.198"; // Hamachi ip or DNS
     = "8129"; // Antrix Server Port
="Quest For WoW"; // Insert the title of your server here
    =1; // Lock created account to IP address (1 - on, 0 - off)
=2; // Registration only one (or more) account from one IP address
    				// 0 - not limit, 1 - one acc,  2 - two acc, etc...
What's highlighted in green I've changed for you. I hope this fixes your issue.
