Desperate Need Of Pro Help

I just rented a dedicated box from serverpoint...

I have 2 domain names purchased and registered from 1&1...

On my rented box I had them install Windows Server 2003...

I have installed Apache...

I am in the process (slow process) of transferring a complete fresh install of wow from my machine to the rented box...

Here is my issues: I am clueless when it comes to windows server...No idea how to set up policies or user groups so that others can log in and work on the DB and emu stuff...I have no idea if I forwarded my DNS correctly or what...

Just need to be sure that if someone types in my server address www.hypnotic-wow.com that it takes them to my rented box...

I am so lost
