[Help] Custom items/GOs dont work working

hi, im useing AC-web ArcEmu and i made some custom items using WoW-V and put them in the DBC but when i get on my server and try to do .charater additem (item #) it says it doesnt exist ive tried reloading the items table and restarting the server and it still doesnt work. and custom GOs dont work either.

Are you items over 200000 in number? normal emus only support under 200000... also are you restarting server before trying to add them?

i'm restarting the server and the item ids are: 999,99,9,8,7,6,5,4

Restart your server and clear your cache and try again.. .server reload items isnt enough usually.

its still not working ive checked the DBC and the items are in there, i shut down the server and deleted my cache then started it back up and logged in and it still says the entry ids are invalid

Hmm should be working fine then...Maybe try giving them a number over 50000... then restarting try to add them..

If you put them in the DBC folder that is incorrect, you need to execute them into your database.

I got the same problem with arcemu, i created the item and i check the database and it's in there, but when i use the command .lookup item and the item name it's not there, and i even tried to .character additem and the item ID and i still says Invalid Entry ID

please help someone...

I think i got it, try to add the items to the ncdb database insted of the ascent database, think arcemu is running on that insted of the ascent db...
