old server-new server

so i had an old server and i didnt like it because i couldnt make custom mobs,quests or items.so i used Eastonch's guide to making a server and i got far in to where i was starting up the MYSQL for the first time and starting up the navicat lite and the MYSQL says the i already have another SQL running on the port so i go and try to delete the folder i had the old server in and it said "Cannot delete mysqld-nt.exe: Acess is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use."
what do i do?please help

Press ctrl+alt+del and end the process called mysql-nt.exe
Then star up your NEW mysql
