Loading External Libraries?????????????

Ok im having a problem.....
For some reason I can't get any External Libraries to Load (LUA or DLL).
I have the backend enabled and there in the right Dir. but they just won't load.
I compiled ArcEmu Core 836 with Sun++ 200. Tried with Blua Engine 322 Also.
Im not sure if the rev. im tryin to use aren't compatible or what.
Any help with this would be nice.....
I know i compiled the scripts right but im not sure what other methods i have to use to get it to read the libraries.
