What repack are you using?
For Mangos the table's usually called NPC_Template.
Not quite sure about Ascent tho, should be pretty much the same.
Be sure to restart your server after a edit, some repacks doesn't support this edit.
If not, just copy the creature with a different ID, and respawn.

Easier to just to get FDE and load the NPCS tab.. it says Name and Title.. Edit to what you want click save.. Clear cache and restart server.. Unless your using Mangos.. then i have no idea lol
