Anyone know how to add spellpower, attack power, and health/mana regen to items?

Also is there any guide that lists the different spell property numbers and types?

The things you mentioned are handled by spells, not by stats.

The core holds info about stats (Try ItemPrototype.h). For spells, you have wowhead.

If you want to get a little more advance, you can view all the spells from the DBC file 'Spells.dbc'. You can extract this from WoW itself, or use the ones already provided with your repack. You would need to find a DBC-to-CSV converter. You can find one simply by googling "DBC to CSV convert". This will convert all the information to a readable, delimited format for text or Excel (or the Mac equivalent).

The downfall is that you'd need to manually find out what the column names are, so you could decipher what the numbers are. However, 9.9 times out of 10 the left-most column is the ID of whatever you're looking at. Actually, now that I think about it, I can't think of any instances where the left-most column isn't the ID, lol.
