Realm Problem

My Command lines (Ascent-world/ascent-logonserver) load everything fine, and it says it registered the realms, but when i go to logon, everything works fine untill i get to the page to select my realm, nothing is there. Please can someone help?

It appears that you have the same port for both realms?

8129 for both try 8130 for the second one, also change that out in the 2nd realms folders also.......

Also under your hosts file: why do you have your ip address in there? you are using dyndns.org correct? do you have a static ip? because you can use an updater for your ip address and if you do your setup will not go anywhere if you get a new ip....or you will have to change it each time your ip changes....

none of that worked, in fact almost everything was completely wrong accept for the static ip, even though it didnt help

Try setting the log levels in both World and logon configs to 3(debug) restart server see if there are any displayed errors now.

nothing showed up for the realms in debug mode, but then i tried this i got rid of realm2 but kept the realm count at 2, and when i loaded up the server. that worked. It was called some realm. What is that?

I got rid of

<Realm2 Name = "Arthorax - Local"
Address = "192.168.0.105:8129"
Icon = "Normal"
Population = "1"
TimeZone = "0">

But kept

<LogonServer Address = "127.0.0.1"
Port = "8093"
Name = "Default Logon"
RealmCount = "2"> <--------this is the main thing that worked

then when i started the server it loaded 2 realms

1. Arthorax

2. Somerealm

Arthorax doesnt show up but Somerealm works perfectly
