MaNGOS X 'libmysqlclient_r.15.dylib"

Hey, yeah, i'm a bit of a weirdo when it comes to private servers. Two times the try, I just didn't get it.
What i've done, i've downloaded and extracted all my maps, vmaps, all that crappy stuff, i've used Navi-Cat and set up my realmd and mangosd stuff, and now i'm ready to actually start by using those two things in my console.
Unfortunately, I am given this error starting up MaNGOS in MaNGOSx

I've gone into my Terminal, typed in Python and TRIED to locate this file or even create a replica, I've tried transfering other .dylibs into this folder to 'trick' the Mangos but it's not working. So either, can someone tell me the full solution to this or provide me with this mysterious libmysqlclient_r.15.dylib
