Yup only needed change the port from the 2nd server.

    Put 3306 to 1st mysql server & 3307 to 2n mysql server.

But is more easy 1 mysql server with different DB, one for wotlk, another to login, another to characters and another to regular BC server.

Only simple things make me feel alive...

Wouldn't it be better to simply change the name of the database used for one of the servers when you create it?

    i.e.

    world and world2

When you go to install MySQL, you can install multiple instances of it. Just make sure the service names are different (ie, MySQL5_1 and MySQL5_2 or something like that) and the ports are different (ie, 3306 and 3307). When you go to login through your SQL client (like Navicat or SQLYog or something), just change the port to whatever SQL you want to log in to:

So, if you want to log in to MySQL5_1, then you'd put that to port 3306 (the default)
If you wanted to log in to MySQL5_2, then you'd put port 3307 in.

Then you can upload the DB's and change your world and logon servers accordingly.

I hope that helps. If you want more detailed instructions (including pictures), I'm working on a post right now just for this type of thing.

    Cheers.
