Unable to cast due to spell/ability lockups.

Hey guys,

Recently I've been playing around with some of the WotLK repacks (mangos), and an issue I've been constantly running into is that abilities/spells seem to stick and things become un-castable or un-usable, like the global cooldown is always on or something.

I've noticed this on a few previous wotlk repacks, created by different people and groups and I'm unsure of whether it's just something that is common to all wotlk repacks, or perhaps I'm doing somthing wrong..

I've searched around on mmowned aswell as other various sites and have yet to find an answer, so hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction, because I'd love to be able to test out the new things.
