Is it possible to make gem to give more stats like... (replace a gem thatgive 10 str with 20 str) ??

If someone know that.. can he give a guide?

It is possible, and quite simple too.

Go to your database manager, e.g Navicat.

Open up your database for the world, and then table called items.

Then you have to find the ID you want for the gem.
Go to the right and look for itemstats or something like that, not sure, this was written from the top of my head.

Statvalue is the value given to the item, so if your gem got 20 stamina, edit this to increase or decrease the stats.

I'm not sure about the columns, as I said, I wrote this just from my memory. Try it at least, you should be able to figure out the rest.

Value for stamina stat is 7... SO find your item in the database as he said and where it says stat type1 and theres a 7 for stamina just increase the next column to the right from 20 to 30..

Each gem is assigned a gem id/property.

My bad when he said Gem for some reason i assumed he just wanted to make one that went in say a trinket slot..

you can make it easy with Ascent Data Base Editor (Ascent DBE).
Download it, then go to Wowhead.com ,there you can find gems (red yellow ,blue..)
pick one randomly.. then after you installed Ascent DBE open it hit the Items tab, click on Choose item,type the name of the gem you found on Wowhead.com do the search click on it, change ENTRY ID (this is your spawn ID of your NEW gem) change stats to what ever you want.. and in the end clik Update/Insert button .
Login in your WoW and spawn it by .add item and your Entry ID and thats it..
