this happend to but all i did was save the loginsever.pid,arcemu.pid and new account.sql files then reinstalled the repack then the problem stopped and it has not come back for me. try doing that and that is all the help i can give right now because i am still learning how to do this but good luck!!

are you running ur pc from admin or from another account ur account in windows needs to be admin status
