Speed Up Monster Spawn???

I was at a server before (can not remember which one) and the monsters re-spawned faster then normal. I was wondering how can I do this to my own monsters on my own server. I am using pedregon's v2 server.

Just easily edit the respawn time in the creature_proto table.
