How do i make Server WebSite?

Ok. First you need to make sure you have Ascent, then download the pack and extract everything in the WWW Folder. IF there's a Readme or guide telling you to change the red text then do it other wise, it will ask for your DB username and password, port, etc. like the sevrer Config files, it's pretty much easy, after you're done, save the index.php and restart all services on WAMP, it should work if you're on a DDNS otherwise try localhost if you're still not releasing it outside.

Yes it will work but I recommend using Ascent CMS.
