Try checking your ports on your config file.

What I found out is that something is coming through your internet connection and mysql is trying to read it which it doesn't understand. Therefore it says "N Socket unknown cmd 19". I noticed this when I was downloading a torrent file for "WotLK beta" (more than once) as well as patches and clients. This continued until I zipped up the completed downloaded file and deleted the original. Thus breaking the torrent link. The unknown cmd 19 stopped shortly (hour or so maybe less) after on it's own.
