It's easy to fix, You obviously have another MySQL process up and running,
Here's what you do;
Press CTRL - ALT - DEL
Press the "Process" tab
Search for "mysqld-nt" <- Or something similiar
End the process,
Try to start it again.

Hm, wierd.
You might wanna' try to restart the computer and check,
If that's ain't working, then I don't know.

When i first started i had same issue.
Try this:
Go into your server directory IE: C:\AC Web Ultimate Repack\Server
Now execute or start mysql_stop.bat
Then Re-Start using MySQL.bat from same directory
That should clear the previous service to allow new service
Then Launch arcemu-world.exe and arcemu-logonserver.exe from Ascent Directory.
(P.S. After shutting down your server always use mysql_stop.bat to terminate the service. If you dont you'll have this problem everytime.)
@ Babbaa
I don't think you can end the process via Task Manager because if you install correctly it isn't installed as windows service.

Try this goto "Start" - All Programs - MySQL - Mysql Server 5.0 - MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard.
Click "Next"
Now see if you have an option to remove current Instances. Reply and i'll explain rest.
I have that option.
ok select that and let it remove then close the configuration wizard
