also im not sure if there is another way to compile c++ scripts without Visual C++ but i do know that using Visual C++ is best way because it also finds the errors and helps you to make sure your doing right while writing the script as well so its better to use Visual

Microsoft Visual C++ is the absolute best IDE for this only a retard would complain cause well...thers no easier way than VC++

no because if were not on the exact same revision as you then it wont work or next time you update your emulator it wont work
