What does it say on your account on molten site?
If the reason is sentinel anti afk,than its detectable by Sentinel

Doesn't work for me I use Windows 7 64 bit
I run WoW as admin and the dll injector from WoW+ 4.3.4
I selected WoW in Processes and plus.dll in libraries and yes I didn't click on "Inject upon process startup"
I run WoW 32 bit and settings are in WoW directX 9
And I also got .net framework 4.0 or higher and also c++ redistributable 2012 I have it both playing on molten WoW
after this didn't work I wanted to try to inject plus.dll with something els and used cheat engine still didn't work.
Also used the Wow.exe from the folder that was inside WoW+ 4.3.4 and it didn't work also..
What am I doing wrong? Also long time ago it worked for me but now it doesn't anymore I tried everything

Sounds like net problem, Not sure about this cracked version works through parsing logon auth tho.

Net problem? Not sure what you are trying to say with that
Anyways each time I try to inject the plus.dll to WoW I get this error "Critical Exception! Could not open all streams!"

Of course it won't work as long as you use this hack for 4.3.4 on 5.4.8 patch.
