[Release] Turtles Downgrader

Made it so annoying kids would stop asking me how to downgrade their WoW. Very simple indeed. Detects game install location, if not found it has a folder selection to manually select the World Of Warcraft folder in the "Help" tab. Has a little help box if needed.

Post any problems

Usage:

1. Unzip
2. Start Program
3. Check if Game Path is Verified or not
4. Check if Patch File(s) located
5. Delete the ones it locates
6. Start repair tool (Keep default values when it starts|Click "Reset/Check Files"
7. Update to wanted version of WoW or put WoW.exe shortcut on desktop
8. Done

This could be automated pretty easily just watching if a process is active, but it's good... not my style but thanks for contributing something usefull tho ^^
