[Release] Turtles Restarter Lite

Been running a private server of my own. Needed a restarter so I decided to make my own. Will be releasing updates and possibly a multi-realm version soon.

Works for Arcemu only so far
Post any problems

Usage:

1. Unzip
2. Start Program
3. Configure Settings in the Settings tab
4. Click Enable
5. Select Start
6. Done

well I dled this restarter and when it tries to restart my worldserver it crashes saying unable to load world.conf how can I fix this?

I have yet to figure that out. Its still a W.I.P.
