Try deleting the program and re downloading it. The reason for all your problems is that this program will be included in a later, and much much bigger release

i got it to work on one pc but in a really odd way BUT when i save the stuff it doesnt change at all when i logon

It's a dbc edtior it works on all platforms. Even the wow client.

Flying Mounts, I require client side editing too. Your server needs to have the wow maps installed.

Also make sure that you are editing a 3.1 dbc

Let me explain this to you. The zone text are client side your zone texts won't show up as what they were set on the server side. However you would not be able to fight in a zone that you marked as a sanctuary, because the server keeps you from doing that.

The files generated by this program can be included in a client side edit, but this is not required.
