I think this is what you're looking for, Maelstrom doesnt really bother with map ID's (and should, oops), but here's to hoping it works! This is ripped from WEH's places list!

Yeah it works on live servers, but a lot of things will insta-ban
you (fly, blink,tele, etc), be careful!
But yeah, tracking hack is safe enough right now, used it
for about a month ban-free on live!

It'll boot you on live servers for sure, and most private servers
will boot if you try to warp too far, try a tiny warp and see?
