So.. this doesent works whit Mafia boy's repack or what? it just says

i have one problem... it has done everything correct in database but when i log on to server and additem it gives me the old item

example:

i removed Heavy ogre axe to get my new weapon
when i search for my new weapon in database it says the name of the new weapon, and when i log into server it gives me the old axe.


what have i done wrong, am i supposed to save the new weapon in some way?
