Thanks for all the guides, it helped ALOT with setting a Custom NPC with a Custom Quest, although one thing that didn't work for me was the Reloading Table while in-game, I do that but nothing changes. (eg: I make a new item @ 40000, do .reloadtable items, then type .additem 40000 and it says item dosent exist, =\ )

Are you absolutely sure you .additem the right ID?
It should work, if not then try to restart your server and see if it works.
