Ok Here is the deal. Install Wamp and edit the account.php file in wamp, the www one

These must be in sync with your files in Ascent world-, login and server .conf files

only edit these, if you edit the other stuff it will most likely screw up.

That is because you have edited some of the wrong information, correct it, make sure WAMP is fully online, and go to the privelages section in 'PHPMYADMIN'.
