Ok Here is alittle guide i made up i haven't seen any like this one so i am posting this guide ok on to the guide.
Step 1

For this guide i used AC Web Ultimate Repack but i think it might work on others too.Ok Open up that folder.

Now open up the Ascent file in the repack folder and find the logonserver.confile and open it with notepad.
Step 3

Now if your server wasn't on when you were doing this then just start all the programs by the control panel but if it was then you need to close all 4 programs and start them again.
